A practical starting point

Cultural Capability & Risk Snapshot (Free)

For some organisations, the best place to start is with a clear snapshot of what’s actually happening on the ground.

The Cultural Capability & Risk Snapshot is a short, anonymous survey that explores how staff experience Aboriginal cultural understanding, relationships, and support in everyday work.

It helps identify areas of confidence, hesitation, and potential cultural risk, including gaps between leadership assumptions and frontline experience.

The intent is not to assign blame or judge performance, but to surface where policy, intent, and lived experience may not yet align.

If the snapshot indicates low risk, that clarity is valuable in itself. Where moderate or higher risk appears, organisations often choose to use the insights as a foundation for targeted workshops or advisory support.
