First Nations Relations was developed in response to the widening gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians in the workplace, despite increased awareness and cultural training.

While many workplaces are investing in cultural initiatives, this investment does not always translate into positive or meaningful change in how people relate and work together.

For this reason, we believe traditional cultural awareness, often heavy on theory and confronting historical content, must evolve into real-world cross-cultural relations services and training.
