Mentoring & NDIS Support
Working with young people, adults, and families through practical, day-to-day support across community.
Our work is grounded in cultural understanding, but we support people from all backgrounds.
Our team brings lived experience with mental health and psychosocial disability, alongside professional experience in community services.
This includes support from a qualified social worker, allowing us to work across both practical day-to-day support and more complex situations.
Cultural awareness is a core part of how we work. It helps build trust, improve communication, and strengthen relationships. At the same time, our support is not limited to any one group. We work with both Indigenous and non-Indigenous people across community, school, and everyday environments.
At the core of our work is consistency, trust, and showing up in a way that actually makes a difference day to day.
